Our Story
While Peak Liquidators has been a leading player in the industry for over two decades, our foundation is built upon the expansive experience of our CEO, Richard Villarreal.
Richard was licensed in 1996 and quickly established himself by starting his first “buy, fix, and hold” venture in 1999. His expertise and portfolio grew rapidly, and by 2007, he was managing over 300 properties across various sectors, including construction, land development, and vacation homes. During this time, he successfully completed over 100 property flips through multiple partnerships and dedicated time to mentoring hundreds of entrepreneurs.
